You're in control of how, where, and when renters get your equipment. Adding service offerings to your listing can increase your income.
Serlf service pickup & return
Exactly what is sounds like, this option allows renters to pick up and return equipment directly at the lender's predesignated pick-up/return location. Lenders MUST be present at both exchanges to check ID and fill out the online form.
Valet delivery service
The valet option is a great way to make the process even easier for your renter, set your listing apart from others and increase your earnings. At booking, renters will be given the option to select "valet at start", "valet at end", or both. Valet services are $15 each way and 100% of that payment goes to you, the lender. Valet services can be requested for each booking and can be approved or rejected by you at any time before booking is complete.
Equipment exchange expectations & policies
Part of Second Set Golf’s mission is to facilitate a friction free exchange process; to do that, we’ve developed a rental agreement and some key policies that need to be followed.
Agreement
All users must respect dates, times, locations, and agreed upon equipment listed on the booking summary. Any attempt to change these parameters without a re-booking is against Second Set Golf policy.
Identification
Both lender and renter must present their original approved identification at time of exchange (pick-up & return). exchanges are not authorized to take place without this step.
Unsanctioned
Second Set Golf does not sanction nor is liable for any exchange (monetary or otherwise) not processed through the Second Set Golf platform at time of booking.
Tracking
Lenders are allowed to install tracking devices on their equipment. Lenders are REQUIRED to notify renters of any tracking (AirTag, gps, etc) attached to equipment at the time of exchange.
Conduct
Renters agree to treat all equipment with the highest reasonable amount of care and consideration possible. Discovery of any misuse or illegal use will result in loss of protections or liability coverage.
Terms
All renters acknowledge and agree to the Second Set Golf terms of service by using the platform and engaging in exchanges.
Late exchange window policy
Second Set Golf requires both parties to account for a 20 minute buffer time at each exchange before effectuating the late exchange policies below. While renters do “own” each full day of their booking regardless of the return time selected, excessively late returns could be subject to late fees if it disrupts the lender.
Lender
If the lender is more than 20 minutes late to initial exchange, you, the renter, could request a reschedule or cancelation & full refund. For If a lender no-shows for a return exchange, please contact customer support immediately.
Renter
If you, the renter, are more than 20 minutes late to either exchange, the lender may request a reschedule or execute a cancellation. Renters can request refunds in this scenario on a case by case basis.

Late fees
Excessively late return are subject to a $30 late fee to cover lender inconvenience regardless of booking type or services provided.
Claims
If equipment has not been returned by the end of the rental return day, the lender may submit a claim for equipment loss. Please click below for more details on our protection claims process.
