Then, add a Stripe account, and begin building a listing for approval by our compliance team.
Once approved, you're ready to accept bookings and earn on your terms.

How It Works
- The first 150 lenders to create an account and publish an approved listing within 5 days of signing up qualify.
- You’ll earn $5 in bonus cash for every full rental day you complete, up to $300 total.
- Once you meet all requirements, the bonus will be paid as a lump-sum.
To Qualify
To receive the bonus, your listing must:
- Stay active and available for renters for at least 120 days total within your first 365 days on the platform.
- Be available for at least 8 separate months, with a minimum of 10 days per month, including one full weekend each month.
- Remain in good standing with Second Set Golf’s Terms of Service.
Timing & Eligibility
- Entry eligibility runs until January 31, 2026, or until 150 qualifying lenders have had their listings approved and published — whichever comes first.
Bonus Payment
- All earnings and fees during the year remain standard.
- Once you’ve met all the program requirements, Second Set Golf will issue your bonus payout after your 365-day eligibility period.
Scottsdale/Phoenix
The platform is set to launch for renters throughout Arizona in early 2026. We want to ensure the platform meets our highest standard for functionality, safety, and security first.
We will first open rentals to a select group for testing before inviting the broader public. Again, all information will come through our newsletter.
Second Set Golf will send out launch updates to newsletter subscribers that include not only dates but special launch promotions.
Throughout the rest of 2026 and beyond, we will methodically expand service into other states, alerting our newsletter community of our plans along the way.
