Begin building a listing to upgrade.
Once verified, it’s time to upgrade! Click “Upgrade to lender” and follow prompts to add your listing.
You’ll first add your club infomration, then availability, general info , and finally, photos.
It’s best to have your clubs close by during this step because we ask some granular details like shaft model, shaft weight, swing weight, and lofts.
A listing can still be submitted without certain club information like swing weight
Begin reviewing incoming rental requests.
Once our team has approved your listing, it’ll be set live immediately to renters! All you have to do now is wait for requests to come in.
Each request will include proposed dates and times, valet requests, and a breakdown of what your earnings will be. You’ll then have all the control to accept, reject, or contact the renter if necessary.
As of now, to amend a request, a renter must cancel their original request and rebook.

Get ready for the intial exchange.
Once you accept a booking, You can communicate with the renter about pickup.
Besides the equipment itself, all you’ll need is a camera to take photos and your ID. to prove identity. Remember to upload your images to the rental form within an hour to keep your protections in place.
Valet delivery election.
Valet service is a great way to set your listing apart and increase earnings.
If a renter requests it, they will be prompted to provide a suggested address for each exchange (pickup & return).
This address will be visible to you once the request is made, you can then accept or reject the booking or contact the renter to propose a different location. If valet is accepted, you become obligated to respect dates, times, and location unless one party cancels.

Get ready for the return exchange.
If valet was waived, communicate with your renter to have equipment returned to you.
Get your equipment ready for the next rental.
Once you receive your equipment back, ensure it is in operable order including grip tackiness, shaft, head, and hosel integrity are not compromised, and clean the clubs.

Review your rental experience.
Once the rental form has been closed or three days have past, (whichever comes first) you’ll be given the opportunity to review your renter.
