Promotion Terms

Founding Member Launch Bonus.
- Overview
Second Set Golf LLC (“the Platform”) may, at its discretion, offer a limited-time promotional program known as the Founding Lender Launch Bonus (“the Promotion”). The Promotion provides a monetary bonus of up to $300 USD to qualifying Lenders in the form of a post-period payout, credited to their Stripe-connected account after successful completion of all eligibility and participation requirements. - Eligibility
a. Participation is limited to the first 150 users who create an account and submit an approved equipment listing meeting all new listing requirements within five (5) days of account creation.
b. This Promotion is available only to users located in the State of Arizona.
c. The Promotion will remain active until January 31, 2026, or until 150 qualified users have been accepted, whichever occurs first.
d. To remain eligible, each participating Lender must, within 365 days of the listing’s live date:
i. Keep the listing active and available for rent for a minimum of 120 total days;
ii. Make the listing available for at least eight (8) individual calendar months, for a minimum of ten (10) days per month, including at least one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) each month. - Bonus Structure and Calculation
The bonus is capped at $300 USD per eligible Lender.
b. For each qualifying full-day rental completed and not refunded, $5 will be added to the Lender’s promotional credit balance.
c. Partial-day rentals, cancellations, or any bookings where funds are refunded or services not rendered will not count toward the credit total.
d. No credit can be accumulated after the 365-day eligibility period.
e. The credit applies only to the Lender’s first approved listing and cannot be transferred or applied to subsequent listings. - Bonus Distribution
Upon verification that all requirements have been met, the Platform will distribute the accumulated bonus amount via the Lender’s Stripe-connected account within a reasonable period following the end of the 365-day eligibility period.
b. The bonus is not paid incrementally but as a lump-sum payout.
c. The bonus is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or any other equivalent.
d. The bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or incentive. - Restrictions and Enforcement
Any suspected or confirmed abuse, including but not limited to self-rentals, fraudulent transactions, duplicate or fake accounts, or manipulation of the booking system, will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of all accumulated credits.
b. The Platform reserves the right to retroactively remove or reclaim any bonuses paid to accounts found in violation of the Platform’s Terms or applicable laws.
c. Second Set Golf LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Promotion at any time. Any such modifications will not affect users who already have an approved listing under the Promotion prior to the change. - Tax and Compliance
Bonuses received through this Promotion may constitute taxable income. Lenders are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations arising from participation.
b. The Platform will not issue refunds, cash equivalents, or additional compensation for unused or unearned amounts.
